Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy — Nationwide Pallet Freight

At Clearance Pallets, we want pallet shipping to be straightforward and easy to understand. This page explains how pallet freight works, what affects the cost, what to expect during processing and delivery, and what to do if a shipment arrives damaged or cannot be delivered.

Estimate Your Freight Cost

Freight Shipping Estimator

Ballpark freight pricing depends on your delivery ZIP code, number of pallets, delivery location, pallet size and weight, and any special services required.

  • Delivery ZIP code
  • Number of pallets
  • Delivery location: Commercial / business, residential / home delivery
  • Special service: Liftgate or other access requirements

Request an exact freight quote: Contact Clearance Pallets with your ZIP code, pallet quantity, and delivery details.

Freight charges are confirmed based on the actual shipment and destination. This page does not promise a fixed freight rate for every order.

Shipping Areas

We arrange pallet and freight delivery based on the destination and available carrier service. Availability and transit times can vary by location, shipment size, carrier capacity, and delivery requirements.

We can discuss commercial, residential, remote, and other delivery locations when you request a quote. Alaska and Hawaii, if available for the specific order, may require a custom freight arrangement.

Processing Time

After payment is confirmed, we prepare the order for shipment, verify the pallet or pallets being sent, and coordinate the appropriate freight service. Processing times can vary by order size, inventory availability, destination, and carrier schedule.

  1. Your pallet order is prepared for shipment.
  2. Freight arrangements are coordinated based on the destination and shipment requirements.
  3. Tracking or freight information is provided when available.

Delivery Time

Shipment Type Estimated Timing
Individual pallet / LTL freight Varies by destination and carrier
Multiple pallets Varies based on shipment size and destination
Truckload orders Custom timing confirmed with the freight arrangement
Remote or rural areas May require additional transit time

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier capacity, holidays, remote destinations, and other transportation conditions can affect transit time.

Shipping Methods

  • LTL Freight (Less-Than-Truckload) — commonly used for individual pallets and smaller multi-pallet orders.
  • Full or Partial Truckload — larger-volume purchases may be arranged as full or partial truckload shipments. See our Truckload Liquidation page.
  • Customer-Arranged Freight — if you prefer to arrange your own carrier, contact us before shipment so pickup and release details can be coordinated.

Shipping Costs

Freight cost depends on several factors, including:

  1. Distance and delivery destination
  2. Number of pallets
  3. Pallet dimensions and weight
  4. Commercial or residential delivery
  5. Liftgate, limited-access, or other special services
  6. Current carrier rates and availability

When a freight charge is not displayed at checkout, the applicable shipping cost will be confirmed before dispatch. We do not use one flat freight price for every destination because pallet shipments can have materially different transportation requirements.

Delivery Requirements

  • Provide a complete and accurate delivery address and working phone number.
  • Make sure the delivery location can safely receive a pallet-sized freight shipment.
  • Tell us in advance if the delivery is residential or has limited access.
  • If you do not have a suitable loading dock or forklift, ask about liftgate or other available delivery arrangements before shipment.
  • Make sure an adult is available when the carrier requires an appointment or signature.
  • If access for a large freight truck is limited, disclose that before shipment so the carrier arrangement can be reviewed.

Order Tracking

When tracking or a freight reference is available, it will be provided with the shipment information. Carrier schedules and appointment procedures vary by destination.

For shipment questions, contact us with your order information.

Damaged or Missing Items

Freight damage can occur during transportation. Inspect the shipment as soon as it arrives and document any visible issue before the carrier leaves whenever possible.

  1. Note the damage or shortage on the carrier delivery receipt or bill of lading when possible.
  2. Take clear photographs of the pallet, packaging, shipping label, and damaged items.
  3. Keep the shipment and packaging in the condition received until the issue has been reviewed.
  4. Contact Clearance Pallets promptly with your order information and photos.

Freight claims and order issues may be subject to carrier requirements and the terms applicable to the individual order. See our Refund and Returns Policy for related information.

Failed Delivery & Redelivery

Additional carrier charges or delays may occur when delivery cannot be completed because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • No available recipient when an appointment is required
  • An inaccessible delivery location
  • Missing dock, forklift, liftgate, or other required access arrangements
  • Delivery conditions that were not disclosed before shipment

Double-check your delivery information before confirming an order and tell us about special delivery requirements in advance.

Bulk & Truckload Shipping

For bulk pallet purchases and truckload orders, freight arrangements are handled based on order size, destination, load requirements, and available carrier options. Larger orders may qualify for custom freight arrangements or volume pricing depending on the specific order.

For bulk logistics information, visit our Truckload Liquidation page or request a quote.

Warehouse Pickup

If local pickup is available for your specific order, pickup details will be confirmed with you before the order is released. Contact us in advance rather than assuming pickup is available for every product or location.

Important Shipping Notes

Delivery times, carrier availability, freight charges, and special services can change depending on the shipment. Any shipping estimate provided before dispatch is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Product-specific terms or order-specific freight arrangements may take priority over the general information on this page.

Clearance Pallets may update this policy as shipping arrangements and services change. The version published on this page is the current general shipping guidance.
